Strawberry French Toast Pinwheels
These strawberry French toast pinwheels taste like strawberry shortcake! Make some this weekend for Sunday brunch!
I soaked BreadMasters stone lavash in eggs and milk and fried them up in butter…flatbread french toast!
But I didn’t stop there…after topping them with strawberries and jam, I rolled them up and sliced them into pinwheels to make them easy to shove into my mouth!
These bite sized beauties were topped with whipped cream and tasted heavenly!
