Creamy Pasta with Smoked Salmon
This smoked salmon pasta was smokin’…I’m loosing my noodle over it!
Catch Sitka gifted me some delicious, smoked keta salmon which I tossed with creamy, lemony spaghetti and topped with fresh dill!
This smoked salmon pasta is pasta’tively delicious!
Looking for more seafood…
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 TB butter
- 2 TB olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
- 4 oz smoked keta salmon chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill and parsley

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside

Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over med-high heat

Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds

Add broth and lemon juice and cook until reduced by half

Stir in the cream and Parmesan and cook until warmed through

Remove from heat, add salmon and season with salt and pepper

Add pasta and toss to coat

Sprinkle with dill and parsley
