All of Catch Sitka’s seafood is fished via hook-and-line methods, with the exception of their spot prawns, which are caught during a small sustainable pot fishery in the fall. Their fish is then artisanally processed, packaged and blast frozen to lock in flavor at their dockside Sitka facility and shipped directly to you!
