There’s no de’bait, dinner was reely fin’tastic!
Thick pieces of wild-caught catchsitkaseafoods lingcod, coated in crunchy Pork Panko and served on a sea of ancient grains!
I only fish that I’d made enough for seconds!
- 2 lingcod pieces
- cooking spray
- 1 cup pork panko
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 egg beaten
Preheat oven to 450° F
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray
Mix together the pork panko, garlic, onion and pepper
Dip fish into egg, then into seasoned panko to coat
Place fish on prepared baking sheet
Bake about 15 minutes until nicely browned and fish flakes easily
