This spicy spot prawn salad bowl was spot on…I shared but I really wanted to be shellfish!
I cooked these gifted Catch Sitka Seafoods spot prawns with the shell-on as I didn’t want to lose any of the delicious roe that was so apparent once thawed. Quickly cooked in salsa verde and piled on top of fresh veggies and black rice…
Bowl me over!
Sitka spot prawns are caught during a small sustainable pot fishery in the fall. They are mindfully handled and frozen at sea. Check out all Catch Sitka options of Wild Alaskan Seafood Shipped Straight to Your Door.
