Muffuletta Pinwheels

Mortadella, Genoa salami and provolone all rolled up in BreadMasters ARA-Z Lavash Flat Bread!

- BreadMasters Ara-Z Lavash Flat Bread
- Giardiniera spread –
- 1 cup drained giardiniera
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Filling –
- 1/4 pound sliced mortadella
- 1/4 pound sliced salami
- 1/4 pound sliced provolone
- 1/4 cup olive tapenade

Giardiniera spread –
-
Pulse giardiniera in food processor until finely chopped

Add the mayonnaise and stir to combine

Assembly –
-
Line the counter top with a piece of plastic wrap

Place a flat bread on top of the plastic wrap
-
Spread the giardinera mixture over the flat bread
-
Layer the mortadella, salami and provolone slices on the bottom half of the flat bread

Spread the tapenade over the cheese
-
Roll the flat bread, tightly, starting at the bottom with the fillings
-
Tighten the plastic wrap around the roll and twirl the ends to make a very tight roll

Refrigerate at least 2 hours

Unwrap the log and slice into 3/4-inch pieces
