I made up a cozy batch of cocoa with cashew milk and thought I would have two servings to enjoy…but the hubby indulged and now I’m considering making another batch! It’s as easy as this..

Creamy Cashew Milk Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

• 2 cups cashew milk
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• Pinch of salt

Toppings –

• 1/2 cup cashew milk frothed
• Dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

1. Heat cashew milk over medium heat to simmering, stirring occasionally
2. Add maple syrup, cocoa powder and salt
3. Whisk until combined and smooth
4. Pour hot cocoa into mugs and top with froth and chocolate shavings

5. Enjoy!
