Quick, easy and delicious…this pork stir fry really elevates those ramen noodles!
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 6 oz ramen noodles 2 packages
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 medium onion sliced
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 6 – 7 cups cabbage and carrots 14 oz bag coleslaw mix
- Green onions for garnish

Mix together the soy sauce, ginger, crushed red pepper and brown sugar

Set aside

Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, do not use sauce packets

Drain and set aside

Cook the pork over medium high heat until no longer pink, 3 – 5 minutes

Remove from pan and set aside

Add the sesame oil to pan

Add the onions and cook about 1 minute

Stir in the garlic and cook about 30 seconds, until fragrant

Add the cabbage and carrots and cook until the cabbage begins to wilt about 3 minutes

Stir in the the cooked pork and sauce mixture

Add the ramen noodles and toss to combine

Serve, garnished with green onions
