
Hot Chicken Sandwich Wraps
Enjoyed these spicy hot chicken sandwich wraps for lunch today and I’m not too chicken to tell you…I’m ready to have them again for dinner!

Here are some other great wrap ideas…

- BreadMasters whole wheat stone lavash
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 ts hot sauce
- 1 ts pickle juice
- 1/2 ts fiesta seasoning
- Oil for frying
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon each of salt pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and cayenne
- 1 cup milk
- 1 TB pickle juice
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- Lettuce shredded
- Onion sliced
- Tomatoes sliced
- Pickles sliced
- Cheese

Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use

Preheat oil to 325° F

Combine flour and seasonings in bowl

Mix together milk, pickle juice and hot sauce in another bowl

Dredge chicken through the seasoned flour to lightly coat

Dip the chicken in the milk mixture

Place the wet chicken back in the flour mixture and coat very well

Gently place chicken in hot oil

Fry 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through

Drain on wire rack or paper towels

Spread spicy mayo on flatbread

Top with lettuce, onion, tomatoes, pickles, cheese and hot chicken

Wrap
