Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole
In queso you’re wondering, this is how I like to make a whole lotta enchilada!
These thin flatbreads fit perfectly into a 9×13 casserole dish…making it oh so simple to stack up an enchilada casserole!

I want the whole enchilada!
- BreadMasters Markook Lavash Flat Bread
- 1 bunch cilantro washed, dried and chopped
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- Juice from half a lime
- Salt to taste
- 4 cups salsa verde recipe on my blog
- 4 cups shredded chicken recipe on my blog
- 4 cups shredded jack cheese
- Pico de Gallo recipe on my blog
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa verde
- Juice from half a lime
- Salt and pepper to taste

Combine the cilantro, onion, lime juice and salt

Set aside

Spread about 1 cup of salsa verde in bottom of 9×13 casserole dish

Fit a Markook flat bread into the casserole dish perfectly

Layer 2 cups of chicken on the flat bread

Sprinkle over cilantro and onion relish

Add a layer of cheese

Repeat layers

Top with Markook flat bread, salsa verde and remaining cheese

Cover and bake 30 minutes

Uncover and bake 10-15 min more until cheese is bubbly

Serve with salsa verde crema and Pico de Gallo
