I remember eating those creamy fudge popsicles as a kid and loving it. This homemade version will give you a break from the summer heat without all the added sugar…and if you like to go dairy-free, I’ve have got you covered!
These easy 4 ingredient fudgesicles are sweetened with bananas and made dairy-free with coconut milk…gimme a minute and I’ll show you how easy it is to put them together!

- 1 13.5 oz can full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until set (4 - 5 hours)
