Cinnamon Crisps with Fruit Salsa
I’m in a serious relation-chip with these crispy flatbread cinnamon crisps!
I was craving a sweet treat and needed a fast fix…these sweet flatbread crisps sure hit the spot!
Butter brushed BreadMasters ARA-Z Whole Wheat Flat Bread, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and baked up nice and crispy…served with a tasty fresh fruit salsa, this had me doing my happy dance

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- BreadMasters ARA-Z Lavash Whole Wheat Flat Bread
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 orange chopped
- 2 kiwifruit chopped
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 2 teaspoons sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Combine sugar and cinnamon

Brush 4 pieces of flatbread with melted butter

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over flatbread

Cut flatbread into triangles

Place on ungreased baking sheets

Bake for 8-10 minutes or just until crisp

Combine the strawberries, orange, kiwi, pineapple, lime juice and sugar

Serve with cinnamon crisps
