Seasoned ground turkey and all the taco fixings sit atop Breadmasters Stone Lavash Flat Bread to make this tasty Taco-Pizza

- BreadMasters Stone Lavash Flatbread
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons fiesta seasoning recipe on my blog
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Pico de Gallo recipe on my blog
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salsa verde or taco sauce of choice

Cook ground turkey over medium heat until no longer pink

Stir in fiesta seasoning and water

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes

Set aside

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Place two pieces of flatbread on a baking sheet
-
Top each flat bread with seasoned ground turkey and cheddar cheese
-
Bake 10 – 15 minutes until cheese is melted and flatbread becomes crispy

Add a good sprinkling of lettuce
-
Pile on the Pico
-
Dollop some sour cream and sauce it up
