PALEO BREAD WITH ALMOND BUTTER AND FLAXSEED RECIPE | GIMME A MINUTE EP. 16
Almond Butter + Flax Seed = Delicious Paleo Bread!
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons oregano
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
Combine the almond butter, eggs, coconut oil and balsamic vinegar in a food processor and process until smooth
Add the flaxseed, coconut flour, baking soda, salt and oregano and process to combine
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan
Bake 35 - 40 minutes until done
Allow to cool in pan about 10 minutes
Enjoy as a snack or use to make sandwiches
