Fresh mango and avocado served alongside blackened, Catch Sitka wild-caught halibut, seared to perfection!
Dinner went over swimmingly thanks to Catch Sitka and this beautiful, gifted, halibut.
Catch Sitka curates sustainable seafood boxes that deliver direct to your doorstep. All of their seafood is fished via hook-and-line methods, with the exception of their spot prawns, which are caught during a small sustainable pot fishery in the fall. Their fish is then artisanally processed at their dockside Sitka facility.
