- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk

Stir together the brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Line 9 x 13 baking dish with parchment paper

Combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in large bowl

Mix together the Greek yogurt, vanilla, eggs and butter
-
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until dough forms

Press half of the mixture into bottom of prepared pan

Sprinkle with half of the brown sugar/cinnamon topping

Drop spoonfuls of the remaining dough over the cinnamon mixture and spread out

Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture

Bake 30 - 35 minutes

Cool slightly

Mix the powdered sugar and milk until combined

Pour over the cooled coffee cake
