Muffuletta Pinwheels

  • BreadMasters Ara-Z Lavash Flat Bread
  • Giardiniera spread -
  • 1 cup drained giardiniera
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Filling -
  • 1/4 pound sliced mortadella
  • 1/4 pound sliced salami
  • 1/4 pound sliced provolone
  • 1/4 cup olive tapenade


  1. Giardiniera spread -
  2. Pulse giardiniera in food processor until finely chopped
  3. Add the mayonnaise and stir to combine
  4. Assembly -
  5. Line the counter top with a piece of plastic wrap
  6. Place a flat bread on top of the plastic wrap
  7. Spread the giardinera mixture over the flat bread
  8. Layer the mortadella, salami and provolone slices on the bottom half of the flat bread
  9. Spread the tapenade over the cheese
  10. Roll the flat bread, tightly, starting at the bottom with the fillings
  11. Tighten the plastic wrap around the roll and twirl the ends to make a very tight roll
  12. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
  13. Unwrap the log and slice into 3/4-inch pieces
  14. Enjoy!
