Raspberry Crumble Bars

Soft and chewy with a sweet raspberry center!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Lightly oil and line 9" x 13" casserole dish with parchment paper
  3. Combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, salt and baking soda
  4. Add the melted butter and stir until crumbly
  5. Press about half of the flour and oat mixture into the prepared casserole dish
  6. Add the raspberry jam and spread evenly
  7. Top with the remaining flour and oat mixture
  8. Bake 35 - 40 minutes, until edges begin to brown
  9. Cool in pan
  10. Enjoy!
