Melt 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips and distribute between pumpkin molds

Coat the sides of the pumpkin molds and place in fridge to set

Mix together the peanut butter, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, protein powder and pumpkin spice

Divide the mixture between the chocolate pumpkin molds

Melt the remaining chocolate and add to the tops of the filled pumpkin molds

Refrigerate until set
