Easy Homemade Hummus

Such a simple and delicious dip for pita bread and chips. It's also great as a spread for sandwiches and wraps!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • 3 Tablespoons tahini
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Place the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt and vegetable stock in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy

  2. Enjoy!
