A delicious sweet coffee treat with no added sugar and healthy nut protein!

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4 cup cashews or walnuts
  • 1 TB ground flax seed
  • 1 TB cocoa powder cacao nibs or cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coffee cooled so it doesn't melt the ice
  • handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender
  2. Blend until smooth
