Beef and Cheddar Panini

Cheese sauce

flour

milk

shredded cheddar cheese

favorite spicy salsa

sliced roast beef
Instructions
Cheese sauce
Melt butter over med high heat
Add flour and whisk to combine
Add milk, a little at a time, whisking constantly
Remove from heat, add cheese and salsa and stir until melted
Build
Spread about 2 tablespoons of cheese sauce on bottom half of flatbread
Layer with roast beef and cheese sauce to taste
Roll up tight and place seam side down on hot, buttered grill pan
Heat until crispy
Flip and crispy the other side
Enjoy!
