Blueberry Sauce

Instructions
Blueberry Sauce
Combine blueberries, lemon juice, cinnamon, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes until blueberries burst and become soft
Pour into a food processor and pureĢe
Press through a strainer to remove solids
Refrigerate puree until cold and somewhat thickened
Whipped Cream
Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks begin to form
Add powdered sugar and vanilla and whip to combine
Layer the whipped cream and the blueberry sauce into serving dishes, swirling to combine
Serve, garnished with Ines Rosales tortas if desired
