Remove the husk from the tomatillos and wash them
Cut the onion in quarters
Place the tomatillos, onions, garlic and jalapenos in a baking dish and toss with a tablespoon of olive oil
Set the tomatillos, onions, garlic and jalapenos under the broiler for about 10 minutes or until they get nice and brown
Put the roasted vegetables into a food processor along with the cilantro, salt, cumin and lime juice
Process until smooth
