Dark Chocolate Truffles

Dark Chocolate Greek Yogurt Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 Tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

optional toppings

  • 1/4 cup crushed almonds
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave stirring every 15 - 20 seconds
  2. Add the almond butter and cinnamon and mix well

  3. Fold in the Greek yogurt
  4. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes

  5. Scoop and form about 1 tablespoon of the chocolate into balls
  6. Roll each truffle in your favorite topping and eat
  7. Refrigerate remaining truffles (if there are any remaining)
