Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Super fluffy Greek yogurt pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼  teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup  greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ts  vanilla
  • 1 banana sliced
  • ¼ cup walnuts toasted

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt, set aside
  2. Whisk together the greek yogurt, milk, eggs and vanilla until smooth
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir just until combined
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface

  5. Flip each pancake and cook until browned and cooked through

  6. Serve the pancakes topped with banana slices and walnuts
