Bring the chicken stock and lentils to a boil

Reduce heat, cover ad simmer for 20 minutes

Combine the cooked lentils, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt, cumin and 1/4 cup reserved cooking liquid in a food processor

Process until smooth, scraping down the sides and adding liquid as needed to achieve desired consistency

Serve drizzled with olive oil, if desired
