Cheesy Chicken Ham Panini

Cheese sauce

flour

ground mustard

sliced ham

shredded chicken
Instructions
Cheese sauce
Melt butter over med high heat
Add flour, ground mustard and whisk to combine
Add milk, a little at a time, whisking constantly
Remove from heat, add cheese and stir until melted
Build
Spread about 2 tablespoons of cheese sauce on bottom half of flatbread
Layer with sliced ham, shredded chicken, and more cheese sauce
Roll up tight and place seam side down on hot, buttered grill pan
Heat until crispy
Flip and crispy the other side
Enjoy!
