Cuban Flatbread Panini

  • 2 pieces BreadMasters whole wheat stone lavash
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 pound sliced ham
  • 2 dill pickles sliced
  • 1/2 pound roasted pork
  • Swiss cheese grated


  1. Spread 2 tablespoons of mustard on the bottom half of each flatbread
  2. Layer with sliced ham, pickles, pork and grated Swiss cheese
  3. Roll up tight and place seam side down on hot, buttered grill pan
  4. Heat until crispy and cheese is melty
  5. Flip and crispy the other side
  6. Serve with your favorite sides
  7. Enjoy!
