Breakfast Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

  • BreadMasters whole wheat stone lavash
  • Olive oil
  • 1 15 oz can refried beans warmed
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 eggs scrambled
  • Grated cheese
  • 1 to mato diced
  • 1 avocado mashed with salt, pepper and a teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. Place 2 pieces of flatbread on baking sheets and brush with olive oil
  3. Bake 5-8 minutes until beginning to crisp
  4. Spread beans over top of warm flatbread
  5. Sprinkle with bacon
  6. Add scrambled eggs
  7. Top with cheese
  8. Bake another 5-8 minutes, until flatbread is crispy and cheese is melted
  9. Slice flatbread
  10. Add toppings (more cheese, tomatoes, avocado and hot sauce)
  11. Enjoy!
