Pulled Pork Flatbread with Spicy Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 cups cabbage/carrot mix
  • BreadMasters Lavash
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • Pulled pork
  • 1 jalapeño sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F
  2. Line sheet pan with parchment paper, place lavash on pan and set aside
  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil and hot sauce
  4. Stir the dressing into the cabbage/carrot mix and set aside
  5. Spread the BBQ sauce on the flatbread
  6. Pile on the pulled pork and the jalapeños
  7. Bake until the flatbread is crispy 10-15 minutes
  8. Top with the spicy coleslaw
  9. Enjoy!
