Cinnamon Crisps with Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

Cinnamon crisps -

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • BreadMasters ARA-Z Lavash Whole Wheat Flat Bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Fruit Salsa -

  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 orange chopped
  • 2 kiwifruit chopped
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

Cinnamon crisps -

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon
  3. Brush 4 pieces of flatbread with melted butter
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over flatbread
  5. Cut flatbread into triangles
  6. Place on ungreased baking sheets
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or just until crisp

Fruit Salsa -

  1. Combine the strawberries, orange, kiwi, pineapple, lime juice and sugar
  2. Serve with cinnamon crisps
  3. Enjoy!
