Paleo Bread with Almond Butter and Flaxseed

Almond Butter + Flax Seed = Delicious Paleo Bread!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
  3. Combine the almond butter, eggs, coconut oil and balsamic vinegar in a food processor and process until smooth
  4. Add the flaxseed, coconut flour, baking soda, salt and oregano and process to combine
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan
  6. Bake 35 - 40 minutes until done
  7. Allow to cool in pan about 10 minutes
  8. Enjoy as a snack or use to make sandwiches
