Bring the coconut milk to a simmer

Place chocolate chips in a bowl and cover them with the warm coconut milk

Allow to sit about 2 minutes

Whisk chocolate and coconut milk until smooth

Add CBD oil and whisk to combine

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours, until firm

Form into 16 balls, place on a parchment lined tray and store in refrigerator

Melt 1 cup chocolate chips in microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring in between

Dip cold truffles in warm chocolate and return to refrigerator until set
