Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil and hot sauce

Stir the dressing into the cabbage/carrot mix and set aside

Spread the BBQ sauce on the flatbread

Pile on the pulled pork and the jalapeños

Bake until the flatbread is crispy 10-15 minutes
